My original order was the ste... read more February 18th, 2024, my husband and brother n law went to Ruby Tuesday in Americus GA. Thinking all is fine, we placed our orders. My original order was the steak and ribs combo. It didn't look that appetizing. Everything was overcooked, but I thought just make the best of it. Until I saw a curly black hair on my plate (no, it wasn't mine). Made my server aware, she was very apologetic and offered another meal. I asked if I could have the deconstructed steak skewers. My meal came, and I was excited it looked good. Until I move some steak around and look at this, there is a screw/bolt on my plate (no, I didn't put it there). WTH!!! Photos don't lie.

She talks trash about the customers to other customers and will say she doesn’t want to be here. She will not acknowledge those who are sitting at the bar until she feels like it. Then when she comes over, has a horrible customer service attitude. I will no longer continue supporting a restaurant who doesn’t properly train employees on how to treat people.
