Mice running around the outside and into the walls of this establishment, and seevice was just generally slow because the worker was just talking on the phone, she was so distrated that she forgot to even put the bacon on the cheese sticks not that itmatters because a place with mice isn't somewhere I'm ever going to eat at. 07/06/2022 For what it is worth the lady was atleast a bit nice. Placed on hold for over 20 mins. Said she was busy with other customers was still on hold when arrived to place my order in person. No one was in line and were not busy with other customers.
It may be small but it's always been good. It's nice to also know the people there remember who you are and I only order every couple weeks.
Excellent service and fantastic pizza! The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Additionally, I felt pressured to pay for the order before it was completed, but I decided to wait until it was ready, which seemed to annoy the employee. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t cooked properly—there was too much crust and bread bubbles. The brownie was also too dry and crumbly. To top it off, their receipt printer was down, so we had to ask the manager to print it from a back office. I called Papa John's corporate for some sort of reimbursement and am currently awaiting their response. UPDATE: The manager was very accommodating. He reached out to me and wanted to make things right by sending a Papa John's gift card.
I noticed mice running around outside and even into the walls of this restaurant. The service was quite slow as the staff member seemed distracted, spending her time on the phone. She forgot to add bacon to the cheese sticks, but honestly, that's not the main issue since a place with mice is one I won't be dining at again. On a positive note, the lady was somewhat nice. 07/06/2022.
