Costa Coffee - AMBLESIDE

The coffee was great, as always! However, this was my first visit to a Costa that isn't located in a service station since they reopened. I missed my favorite bacon, brie, and cranberry panini, but the sausage toastie turned out to be a good alternative.

I just want to say thank you to Lisa, who worked on Boxing Day at the Ambleside shop. She had a smile on her face the entire time while serving a long line of customers. Her excellent customer service deserves recognition, and I believe she should receive a bonus for her hard work on such a busy day. She's a true asset to her company!

Today, I stopped by for a quick coffee and was served by a very friendly and helpful young man (I may not recall his name). The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with several people around, but it was quiet enough that I could still hear conversations without any trouble.
