These were ined... read more We are regular customers of this Chinese takeaway, and normally the food is not too bad. Last Friday I ordered Sweet and Sour King Prawn Balls . These were inedible, the batter was raw, apart from the outside, which was overcooked. Inside the ball there were shrimps, not King Prawns. We rang to explain, the meal was an unacceptable quality. The Chinese lady on the phone was very rude and accused my partner, saying that one of the reasons he could be complaining was because he was racist towards the Chinese. She said we would have to return the meal for her to see it, in other words, accusing us of being liars. We have decided that we will never use this takeaway again, so, as we were unable to return the meal the next day or the following day, it went in the bin, where it belonged. This complaint was never about getting our money back, more about making them aware that the quality of their food was not acceptable.
