I visited this restaurant and was welcomed warmly, with the staff being patient with me. The food was delicious overall, but my only complaint would be that the breading on the chicken tends to fall off easily. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made at KFC in Alvin. I will definitely be returning.
I’m a big fan of KFC, but this location has truly disappointed me. I've visited twice, and both times I left feeling upset because the chicken was awful. All I wanted was some tasty chicken, but instead, I was served what tasted like burnt cardboard.
The crispiness is even better than I remember. Great job!
Eating was what we expected. When it comes to fast food consistency, the king is. Drive through staff was great!
The interaction with the staff was lovely, they always get the orders correct, making for a pleasant dining experience.
