Taco Bell - Alvin

If customers want to leave a restaurant missing half of their order items, despite paying for them, then they should go to Taco Bell. If they don't mind having to complain to the staff about missing items and getting rudely ignored, then Taco Bell is the perfect place for them. Instead, they can spend an extra 10-15 minutes going to a different Taco Bell location or trying a different restaurant altogether.

The food was delicious. Amy at the drive-thru was fantastic. She provided excellent customer service and was very patient. Amy, continue with the outstanding customer service!

I found a hair in my burrito which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend it. The woman at the drive-thru said there was nothing she could do, but a man could. I suggest checking the food carefully before serving it.

Until now, since I came here, there were no problems with my order. we went to another and they gave us our order as if they had literally thrown it together. but here's all good. good service and large staff.

Fast drive through times, good customer service. If only they still have thier $5 box still. Inflation at its finest.
