I had a great time at this Chili's location. I typically don't enjoy dining at Chili's, but I decided to meet a friend for lunch here. To my surprise, there was no wait, the waitress was friendly and attentive, the food arrived promptly, and it was quite delicious! This was definitely one of the best Chili's experiences I've had. What oh oh doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The host was very rude and tossed my order into my vehicle. I hope the manager addresses this issue and ensures it doesn't happen again. This incident occurred on 03/17/2024 around 4:30pm. View all feedback.
Grayson is the best server and barkeeper. he deserves a raise!
Dana the bar tender was absolutely fabulous! A craftsman at his job, if not he made it look easy. Super attentive. Food took alil bit to come out, but it was great. If we have to sit at the bar to have Dana serve us, then so be it. Thank you so much for your great service.
Very disappointed in the president margarita again. It does not have the value it once did. The glass only comes with ice and the shaker was only 3/4 full. The person who dropped it off couldn’t be bothered either.
Food was great, but service was pretty slow. It seems they may still be understaffed.
Few people today, fast and good service. Manager stopped at our table, to make sure everything was fine.
