They can’t ever seem to read the online orders correctly, always end up with stuff I didn’t want on my sandwich or I’m missing things I did want. Staff always has bad attitude. Loves has better sandwich service and that’s not what they’re known for. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only dissatisfied customer, and it felt like the staff wasn’t very efficient either. They even have a sign claiming they are rated third in customer service in Oklahoma, but that seems hard to believe after this visit. I left feeling very frustrated.

I ordered a footlong cookie, and it arrived cold. On top of that, the employee threw a fit over the 50 seconds it took to get my order ready. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
