Wow, this place gets really busy at noon! There are only two staff members working, and they're handling both online and in-person orders at the same time. They're incredibly fast and friendly! The protein shells we ordered were great too!

As a traveler from Kansas visiting Alva, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The two employees who served us were exceptionally friendly. Even though we were just passing through for dinner, they welcomed us warmly and took the time to prepare our orders with care. It was clear that they were attentive to our needs. During our visit, one of the staff members even greeted us in Spanish! As a Spanish speaker, I truly appreciated their effort to connect with customers in a foreign language. My brief stop at this subway in Alva, OK was delightful, and I left feeling very satisfied. I would definitely come back again! Greetings from Kansas!

Went to the alva, ok location today, and was smashed by both employees who for the not order crushed avocado on my sandwich first thing for a jump for their convenientity. next time you order the smashed avocado first. it is hard to spread it when there are already other torf on the sandwich, and it is creepy and does not look beautiful. of course, they had to put me in touch with other customers. While I complain about the unrest, it might also complain about how slow the employees are. they have a sign saying that they are rated 3rd in customer service in the state of oklahoma, they can take that down and throw it away. very frustrated.

I have 1 foot long sandwich and an salad. over $32 absolutely ridiculous! will not go back with these trips.
