Mcdonald's - Alva

Horrible. My whole experience there was just horrible and I will not be coming back. I highly suggest you don't go here or come back.First, the time it took for me to get my food was too long especially since there weren't a lot of people. I had to wait a full 30 minutes for my food and they didn't even get my order right.Second, the dirtiness of the place was unacceptable for a restaurant. It didn't even look like they knew how to clean at that point and that is really disappointing.Lastly, inappropriate behavior, mistreated staff and abuse to staff I witnessed too was very upsetting for the least. Being disrespectful and cussing was the last thing I expected to come from this place and the staff there.Very embarrassing.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the management is angry and rude. The food took too long to come out and to top it all off I found a toenail in my burger, I tried to get a re fund but the manager decided to kick me out. NEVER COME HERE.

Kid-friendliness: I saw mistreatment of staff and people get completely made fun of because of they way they look Infront of my children

There is no excuse nor any reason that a drive through line should take twelve to fifteen minutes.... Someone needs to hire a manager that knows how to manage
