I asked about the promotional item, but I guess I didn’t pronounce it correctly. I was met with a rude response that they don’t make patty melts. It would have been helpful if the staff had simply asked if I was referring to the grilled cheese with a double patty instead of dismissing my request. It’s just food, after all—not rocket science. I don’t want to tarnish a business’s reputation, but it’s clear that more training is needed for your employees. There aren’t many dining options in this area, so I urge you to improve. I drove an hour for some disappointing coneys and a bacon toaster topped with ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions—yet no meat patty included. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and you have lost 30 years of business from my family. Please do better.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from the kids' menu unless you have a child with you; otherwise, the owner may raise their voice at you. Also, if you order condiments through the app, don't expect to receive them.
