I booked an afternoon tea for four, including one vegan option. Although the staff were not aware of the reservation, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to prepare a fantastic vegan afternoon tea for us. They truly went above and beyond, displaying a friendly and professional attitude throughout. We all had a wonderful time. I also left with two lovely plants, which were fairly priced.
