Big Earl's - Feedback

What X Xxx likes about Big Earl's:
Unpretentious roadside place attached to convenience store. Prices were reasonable, food was good. I ordered a double cheeseburger, expecting two small freezer patties. What I got was two hand-formed big burgers on a nice soft bun. Tuna salad looked good too. House salad was very fresh. Some Italian items. Incredibly SLOW service and lousy customer service. We waited over an hour for burgers and a Rubin only to have them tell me there was no sauerkraut for the sandwich. I decided on something else instead. When we got our meals, the burger buns were crusty and hard from sitting under the warmer and I found a hair in my hot turkey sandwich.
