Farmhouse Pantry - Cadyville

Food was VERY good. Counter person was patient and friendly. They don't rush you...let you sit there and talk with whoever you're eating with. Enjoyed. Vegetarian options: I had peach walnut onion melt on chiabatta bread,and coleslaw and friend had salad with fruit, greens and nuts I think. We both enjoyed our lunches. What a fun, quirky place for a meal. I didn't really know what to expect given it looks a bit unconventional, but the food was top-notch. There's a cute little store as well.

Right off, it's a bit of a FIY kind of place, so if you're looking for opulence and full service, keep driving. BUT, and this after having driven by the place a thousand times but never having gone in, it was well worth it. One orders at the entryway cashier spot, from the menu or specials board, then walks into a fairly large room for a rustic cafeteria table and waits for the food but not very long. And it's delicious. I'd say about90 llus percent of everything that was presented was made from scratch, there. Including the whole wheat sourdough my delicious ham Reuben was made with. Really simple food with a lot of variety for one and all, in a basic setting. No muzak, no loud voices, a relatively peaceful meal in a fun place.

Cute little place in Saranac with such a large menu of delicious house made items. With such a large menu, there's something for everyone. If you're looking for vegan options, they have tons that are so delicious. As a vegan, I've had their pizzas, breads, fruit bars, stir fry, bbq bun, and more. I've never been disappointed, and also look forward to going back! Service: Take out
