When I... read more I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered food and sent someone to pick it up, but when I got home, my order was half wrong. When I called to complain about the missing toppings on my bagel, the girl I spoke to rudely informed me that I would need to bring back the bagel in order to get my money back. Having to return a bagel 11 hours later for a refund was unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this place. It was a disappointing experience.

Even the donut we had for dessert was stale. Thankfully, I had a gift certificate so at least it wasn't my own money wasted.
