What User likes about White Castle:
We visited at 1330 on Saturday 3.19.22 in Alton, IL. It took a while to order thru in the drive, but the young gentleman who waited for us was friendly, fun and polite who definitely makes the experience better. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't get the name of the young man, but at the reception he was an employee #688. Please thank him for making the experience so much better than other area fast food places. View all feedback. Unfortunately burgers were over cooked and order was missing food; 2 fish sandwiches. Of course we didn't discover this until we got home and wasn't driving the 20 minutes back. View all feedback.

read moreWhite Castle remains a beloved stop for many, particularly for their iconic sliders and chicken rings. While the food is often hot and fresh, experiences can be hit-or-miss. Some patrons have encountered long wait times and missing items, leading to disappointed moments when they discover errors upon returning home. However, a friendly and dedicated staff seems to shine through, even during hectic hours. Despite some service hiccups and chaotic orders, many customers appreciate the warmth of the employees and leave satisfied with their favorite fast-food indulgences. Overall, it’s a nostalgic destination with potential for improvement.
