They have some of the nicest and helpful employees than you see in most places. My friend and I are both disabled. They themselves, if not busy, will care heavy things out to the car, or, if they're busy they will get someone else to do it. I love their pizzas and their pin wheel sandwiches. ?
The pizza is very good and so are the people who work there. I have never had a bad expierience with the employees. Some of the customers however leave alot to be desired. The customer aint always right, and I am a firm believer that you reap what you sew ! If you were treated that way that by some of the customers, you would have a bad attitude too !
I went to this caseys thinking I ordered a pizza there and found out, Nope I had no pizza ready but Barb found out where I ordered it, cried and canceled it for me and put my pizza order immediately! Thank you. This team is always at the top of things and very friendly! My favorite Casey’s!!!
I love Casey’s because it’s just down the street from my home, but I was disappointed to see so many customers without masks. As a caregiver, this really concerns me. I believe that’s why they had to install those large plexiglass barriers to protect their staff—people seem to lack basic consideration for those working with the public. I’ve never felt so let down and upset by the city I grew up in.
