What Jennifer Harris doesn't like about Cookie Factory Bakery:
I received two cookies, one from three years ago and one from today. The cookie on the left was the best cookie I've ever had, but I was very disappointed with the one on the right. I asked for lots of icing, but there was hardly any on the cookie, and it looked like it was made by a 7-year-old. The staff had to add more icing, and we paid over $50 for the cookie. I am extremely disappointed with the experience. View all feedback.
I love the new management. we took my 2yr old enkelin (the elmo loves) with my sister, brother and his wife. She loved the Elmo cookies so that my brother bought them. you speak of excited that she could not eat it to overlay it. She finally loved it. she made me taste. it was moist with the best icing ever. great place.
Besides having the most delicious cookie cakes and other goodies. The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful.
Their food and service are excellent. I like the fact that they've got reasonable prices also. I hope this business will be around for many more years ?
