I had a very disappointing experience. The wait was excessively long, and the food had a bitter taste. Wendy's used to be my favorite, but this visit completely... read more I had a very disappointing experience. The wait was excessively long, and the food had a bitter taste. Wendy's used to be my favorite, but this visit completely changed that for me. After waiting so long in the drive-thru, the food turned out to be awful. Many cars behind us ended up leaving, and we probably should have followed suit. It felt like a waste of money. The quality certainly doesn't match their promises at the Wendy's on 110th and Cicero. I am really let down and won't be returning to Wendy's again, as they don't live up to their claims.

Ran by kids I guess. I 'm sure one of the ignorant ones there today was management poor service. I cancelled my order. While waiting in line all you heard was unprofessional workers actin as though they are at home. RIDICULOUS all while waiting in a small line and the cashier acting as though she didn 't want to work! Won 't get my hard earned funds!

Unfortunately, the sausage was overcooked and burnt, the eggs were overdone and crusty, and the English muffins were extremely hard.
