It's lucky if u find parking and I was. I have been to other fork outlets before and thought they were pretty decent fine dining chain. Anyways, went with my wife and wanted her to try it out for the first time. Was disappointed in multiple ways. The class and ambience was seemed much below previous standards. Noone really greeted us or led us to a table. Decor was basic and boring. Cutlery counters and utility cupboards took away the look and cosiness of the dining area. The place had a stink and then I guess it's because of the Filipino and seafood. Not pleasant to me. The waiter brought warm towels and gave it directly​ into our hands using tongs. It was steaming hot and I'd expect him to place it rolled on a plate for us to use at our convenience. Ordered a fried wonton. It didn't look yummy but tasted decent. No major complains. The waiter had brought it along with Ketchup, which I found weird. But not as weird as when I found something like noodles in my ketchup bowl. Asked for a change and it was explained that those were strands of ginger, which again I found weird. Wanted to have something Indian but soon realized that there was nothing really to suit my taste, and decided to try chicken chilli with fried rice. Eventho half the staff and the manager are Indians, none of the food is close to Indian. Anyways, even the fried rice seemed like white boiled rice. The chicken was too hard and deep fried, I could not squeeze it with my fingers nor cut it with the knife. Had to point it out to the waiter again. Anyways, had some of the food and didn't even feel like packing the food as it didn't taste good at all. Went to wash my hands. Orderliness, Cleanliness or Tidiness were not seen in anything. Men and Women used the same wash and toilets. Waste bins were overflowing and wash basins did not have a stopper, both at both places. Cleaning utilities were shoved under the sink and behind the door. Toilet seat was broken, everything looked cheap and dirty. Asked for the bill and asked if any credit cards had a discount on the bill, hoping to find some relief. And guess what, they don't accept credit cards at all. A fine dining restaurant without credit card service! Overall, I ended up ruining my evening and my appetite. The taste and smell may be from the particular cuisine served but the ambience and bad service have no excuse. Dono if il try another golden fork again, but never am I coming back to this outlet ever.

Recently... read more They have got a good variety of cuisines, but personally I would recommend their Chinese dishes. Their complimentary soup is among the best in Sharjah. Recently however, I have started to grow more and more fond of their Fried Hammour. The fish is fried crisp and is really one of their specialties. In terms of ambiance and service, I highly rate them as well. A fine place to eat out with the family.
