They... read more Thanks for serving until now for 1 year. Hereafter i wish i would not come in this place ever again. I was so hungry and ordered Swarma and Avocado Juice. They made me wait like more than 10minutes. I know hospitality sector is not easy.And i requested to give avocado juice that i ordered earlier. And with a rude respond that staff said I didnot hear I was not shocked of being not heard but of his attitude. And after 15 minutes they said Shawarma is not ready yet. And more interesting thing is, i talked with the senioir guy who was Cashier and tall, thin with glasses. He even didnot care the customer and said this is the way we talk to customer. Walla, i end up trying to convience them until the end however they didnot listen the customers comment at all, not at all. Hats off to Hot Burger of Al wahda for such a good customer service
