First it took 18 minutes for the food to come out with was only 7 items. Second, it was actually six items because they forgot one of the sandwiches (glad I checked), third it took an additional 12 minutes to get the last sandwich, WHICH THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR. Lastly, the coffee we ordered didn’t have the lid pushed down and it split in the front seat when we set the drink carrier down. Visits like this make it really easy to never go back to. Major customer service fail.
