Used the drive through for a quick snack on the way somewhere I had to go causing me to miss dinner at home. Red Rooster has and is really trying hard to improve their offerings. It's working! Keep tweaking the menu, mixing it up a bit and keep offering new periodical special value offers.I had the dippers box at the member price and it represented good value and was good quality with friendly service. Got whole chicken-tooo salty couldn't eat it by itself, had to dip it into sauce to make it edible.Got 3 pieces chicken, kfc is much better.Chips are not that good.Can't find anything good to say View all feedback.
The fried chicken was delicious, especially the upper leg. on the outside and on the inside juicy, felt not oily like other fried chicken marks. it is a must try! the staff was friendly and the food came out in time. will come back!
Normally quick, staff are helpful and friendly.Oddly dark in the evening/drive through, hard to tell if they are open sometimes.
Waited in the queue 15 mins for them to not have the item I ordered, when they could have just told me when I ordered, asked to wait 10 more minutes, decided not bother
The burger is too pricey.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. The chips were served cold, and when I ordered ice cream, I received cheesecake instead. To make matters worse, I was charged through PayPal without my consent, and I really dislike cheesecake. I ended up throwing it all in the trash. Overall, a very bad experience.
