Bella Bettina Pizzeria - Alpha

Loved this place for a long time. Tonight called for delivery like normal. When the order arrived it was wrong and the food sub-par. We ordered Chicken Sorrentino and Angel Hair with Meatballs. What we got was chicken Florentine and spaghetti with meatballs. And to boot! The pasta was mushy and overlooked. When I called to tell them the order was incorrect, the owner got on the phone to tell me it must have been my error in ordering as her employee has been there for 6 years. I asked for a refund, she told me she could bring another entree in 45 minutes or a credit for next time. At this point, I am not sure we will be ordering so I said neither worked. She got really unprofessional and was blaming her employees error on us. The order was wrong and all she needed to do was apologize and fix the problem. All restaurants make mistakes and that is ok. It is how you treat your customers that matter... especially ones that are frequent patrons. They did not treat us right. We will not be back. And if our card is not credited, we will dispute the whole bill as we did not get what we ordered.

Pasta was awesome scallop and shrimp fra diavolo. Massive portions and quick delivery. Veal parm was good too but def recommend the pasta!!!

The pizza was delivered cold and the dessert was frozen. However the antipasto was very good.

This pizzeria is awesome! The garlic knots are so delicious, and a great size. The pizza is also tasty with a great crust. The customer service alone can give this pizzeria a five-star rating. The employees and owners are wonderful people. Ordered a pizza with half the cheese. I'm not sure they put any sauce on it..? It was very floppy and flavorless, won't order from here again. Edit: to reply to your comment. My favorite pizza place was closed for lunch so I gave you a try. I will not be spending any more of my hard-earned money at your restaurant. Worse than bowling alley pizza or 711.
