We love coming to KFC and haven't had a bad experience yet. The one in Alma is pretty good, restaurant was clean and staff were nice. Not to mention the bucket of pop was a cool perk lol. They even gave the kids free cookies which was a first for us. View all feedback.

Absolutely horrible drive through tender! Was extremely rude, continued to cut us off when speaking, had a very negative attitude overall. Went there for a 8 piece meal. They refused to fill my order. Said they could not do that. While I was standing there they filled 2 orders in the drive thru. They said they had online orders to fill first. Now mind you it's 8:30 pm and they don't close till 11pm. Guess they lost a customer I will not be back.
