All the tables were dirty the floor was sticky. The soda station was a nightmare. Couldn't even set my tray down. Even the staff looked dirty and was not very pleasant. This was hands down the worse KFC I've ever been too.

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and to my disappointment it wasn't what I was expecting. I got to chicken strips on a bun with coslaw and pickles. It fell apart as I was trying to eat it. It came with potato wedges that were good. There is no radio of any kind playing in the lobby. It is a clean restaurant.

I've gone in at different times on different days to give them a fighting chance and EVERY time I've gone in there.....NO GRILLED CHICKEN, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND VERY UNCLEAN. The people here act like its an inconvenience to serve you with only like 2 people in the dining room!!!!! Needless to say I will never go back!!!! I'm only giving them 1 star because yelp is making me!!

The last time I was there, I left without getting any food. I stood at the counter waiting, waiting, waiting for service. There were two people in the lobby and the store was obviously not busy. The staff were a handful of teenagers who walked past the counter without ever having acknowledged a customer was waiting. While I waited, they spent their time flirting with each other. I issued a complaint with the regional office who never responded in any way. It's good to know that not even the management care about customer service or lost revenue.
