What a scam. I ordered a Thai tea with boba and cheese foam. First of all, they charged 95¢ for no ice. This should have been the first red flag honestly in my decades of boba tea I have NEVER seen this. I went forward with the order. When I got there to pick it up, it was just a cup of orange Thai tea. I told the person at the counter I ordered cheese foam: I assumed it had been an error. He told me the cheese foam had melted (red flag #2). This makes no sense: what makes cheese foam float on top of a drink is the difference in fat content and density compared to the tea. I watched him peel off the top of the cup pour off some of the tea, then add more cheese foam . It was not cheese foam was some sort of liquid? It almost immediately just dissolved into the drink. I almost asked for a refund, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and just tasted it. IT IS NOT CHEESE FOAM. It is some sort of sickeningly sweet liquid that made the tea disgustingly sweet and was not foam in any sense of the word. I support small businesses and don 't even mind paying a little extra to do just that. But to nickel and dime customers into paying for an inferior product is just wrong. It was clear they simply don 't want to spend the money to prepare proper cheese foam: they charged an extra dollar to add something that tasted equivalent to milk and sugar and labelled it cheese foam. They charged almost a dollar for no ice . It 's simply exploitation and bad business. I ended up pulling over and pouring out the entire tea and eating just the boba it was that bad. It feels horrible to be taken advantage of.

The taro milk tea at this restaurant was exceptional – classic and delicious. The pearls were just the right texture and the sandwich was also tasty. Overall, it's a lovely place with delicious food. Rating: 5/5.

Ordered a Thai Tea MojiFrap and a Passionfruit Fruit Slush on their website for pickup. Was about 15 minutes late to pick it up. They had my drinks in a fridge to prevent them from melting.10/10 experience. Best boba I've had in Boston. Will definitely be going back here in the near future.
