Everything is excellent and the staff is always available.
The pizza is incredibly delicious!!! We've eaten pizza several times at different places in town – this is our absolute favorite!
We had a wonderful meal at this traditional restaurant in a very quaint Apulian village. The fish first course was truly excellent, the fried fish fresh and crispy, and the pizza also surprised us with its quality. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere: a place definitely worth a try!
We stayed in the historic center of Alliste, and this restaurant was just steps from the apartment, so we had the opportunity to try various menu items on several evenings. If I had to describe this restaurant, I'd use the words passion and professionalism. What really shines through is the staff's desire to convey their passion for good food and to pamper their guests in a professional, attentive, and cheerful manner. I tried a pizza, modified by me, with raw purple shrimp, which I found absolutely delicious, with a very light and digestible dough. I highly recommend the troccoli with pistachio pesto and raw shrimp—a fabulous dish. The grilled sea bass was simply perfect, fresh, with a wonderful seafood flavor and aroma, like all the other fish we've eaten here. Kudos to the cocktails made by the highly skilled bartender.
A well-organized restaurant in the center of town with outdoor seating. You eat practically in the square, where everything has the flavor of Salento. We had pizza, and some of the dishes were truly top-notch. The wait staff were attentive and professional. Prices are ABSOLUTELY average for the quality they offer. We'll definitely return and recommend.

Knowably neglected. Unforgivable error. Professionalism and courtesy not usual. Exceptional black cutters. Very tender cut. Don't make my mistake. Go. The price then... very good. Congratulations
We stayed last night and we are back here kind, prepared and friendly staff. The kitchen is excellent, combines taste and quality of raw materials. Congratulations to the chef!!! Absolutely recommended!! !
The day of August we stopped on the return from the beach for a pizza between friends. Excellent pizzas and also cutters to the black of sepia and good tuna! Very polite and kind staff, very honest price! We hope to return to the next stay in the area!
For business reasons, I have the fortune to experience gastronomic experiences around the world. Last night, one of the best dinners of the last three years: location, menu, quality of ingredients, breading, wine, attention in the service were at a higher level than excellence. A scandal that a similar restaurant is not present in guides like Osterie d'Italia, that I often consult in my wandering in Italy
Central and suggestive position in the nucleus of Alliste in the square near the church. Very diverse culinary offer at the right prices. Sea raw appetizers and proposal for our vegetarian menu. First dishes of excellent invoice as well as the seconds. We had three times with an average cost between 180 and 230 Euros depending on the choices made.

Very good. Family night with children. booked by phone. very relaxing and fresh location set in alliste square, very well. helpful and kind staff. we all ate a great pizza with quality ingredients. the menu is very rich and the dishes seen bring to the table very inviting. We will definitely return to evaluate those. I should like to say that we have been able to find out. excellent pizza, well maintained location, clean and quiet, excellent staff and right prices. highly recommended.
