I had a great experience at Steak Shak! We arrived on a Friday night when they were quite busy, and the service started off a bit slow. The general manager attended to us first, and he was fantastic; I really appreciated his attention to our table. What User doesn't like about Stak Shak:
The menu was quite limited, and five of the items we ordered were unavailable, which was very frustrating. They even ran out of a beer we had ordered. They tried to make it up to us by offering a complimentary drink, but unfortunately, the keg had already run dry. Additionally, they struggled to process the payment for our round of drinks and had issues with redeeming the gift card we had. View all feedback.
We were a group of 10 and he was our waitress. everyone enjoyed their eating and appetising, and he was a fantastic server.
First time dining here with a group of girlfriends. Good food, prompt service and quiet enough to be able to spend time talking with those friends. Will be coming back!
Few healthy choices, good mediocre, not great value for the money. Service was excellent however.
Good sandwiches, but not much on the menu for healthy eaters
Disappointed in seating. Chairs very uncomfortable to eat and sit for a couple of hours chatting with friends. Some food items very pricey such as fish and chips
