I even place... read more I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience tonight was fantastic. The subs were perfect and made exactly as we ordered. I even placed the order through the app and only had to wait 10 minutes before our four subs were ready for pickup.

Upon en... read more If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I tried to grab lunch at this location today during my visit to the area, and it was my first time here. Upon entering, I was struck by how dirty the restaurant was. Only half the lights were on, leaving the place shrouded in darkness. The ceiling tiles appeared as though they had been in a smoking bar for the past 30 years. It didn’t take me long to decide against eating at this filthy subway. A dirty, dimly lit environment is a huge red flag for any restaurant, and this location epitomizes that issue. I walked in feeling starving but left with no appetite and a look of disgust on my face.

When I went to eat my turkey sub, it wasn't toasted as I had requested. I took it back to the counter, and the staff remade it, but they messed it up again. I ended up pulling off the raw bacon and just eating the sub. When my husband tried to eat his meal, he found that he had received a turkey sub instead of the chicken bacon ranch, and it also had raw bacon. To top it off, the cookies I paid for were missing from my order. I called today to address the issues, and the manager was extremely rude. I will not be returning to this location.

Turns out, the person they had just hired and trained the day be... read more Got here on a Sunday and there were 6 people in line and just 1 person servicing the customers. Turns out, the person they had just hired and trained the day before, quit! However, this young lady handled thing so professionally that truly impressed me. She made me an awesome sandwich to boot!
