I've visited many McDonald's locations, but this was the first time I had an employee personally handing me my order and wishing me a great day. The cashier was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. This was my first experience at the Allendale McDonald's, and it definitely won't be my last! Tried over and over to give them a chance. I always stop for breakfast when I'm running behind. I've gotten a system is down issue 5 times in the last month or so. Visiting from out of town, almost didn't go to this location due to the reviews, but I'm glad we did. There were no issues, food was hot the order was correct. As far as McDonald's goes this is one of the worst. Never had my order right. Always something missing or just straight up wrong. Great customer service but terrible at taking orders. Food: 1 Service: 4
