I feel they may be preying on unwary lunchtime tourists, prices for salads, starters and ice cream sundaes were very high, but if you stuck to the main menu it was much more reasonable. My sea bream was nice if bony and husband’s veal steak was delicious. Service was very good and we had a wonderful view from the terrace.

The vegetarian dish is... read more We visited LBV for lunch, attracted by the reviews mentioning the vegan options they offer but in that regard it was quite disappointing. The vegetarian dish is actually: 6 slices of potatoes, rice and some cabbage. I really think they could do better. The beef, both the naco and the picanha were good while the codfish with cream was just average. The vegetable soup was maybe the best part of the meal. It takes a while to be seated but after that the service is fast and friendly. The views over the river are beautiful.
