When you order through the app, you can't use the drive-thru for pick-up; you have to go inside to retrieve your order from the pick-up cabinet. And to make matters worse, you have to leave through the drive-thru since that's the only exit! The parking lot is nearly non-existent—yes, there is one, but it's incredibly small!
