Nakazo Ramen Bistro - Alhambra

This is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and excellent service, despite its small size. They offer some delicious vegetarian ramen options. For families with children, they also have a kids' ramen that is just as delicious as the adult version.

This charming Japanese restaurant offers delicious Ramen and has a welcoming staff. I highly recommend trying the Las Carnitas Ramen. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs or barriers.

I am disappointed by the decreasing size of the portions at this restaurant, particularly in the pork belly bowls. I used to enjoy getting them, but now there is more rice and less pork belly, all at the same price. It's frustrating to pay for more rice than protein. It's a shame to see this happen because the food is delicious, but the smaller portions are becoming excessive. I suggest either increasing the price for more pork belly or lowering the overall price.

Very friendly staff (girl with red hair). However, the ramen broth was very lackluster and not salted enough in my opinion. Ramen noodles were pretty generic. Chasu bowl pork was over cooked and burnt in some parts. Karage chicken was stringy. None of the food I had here was good, only decent at best. I don’t like the ordering system I rather have waiter service than to go up and order. The soda machines are dirty and need to be cleaned. All in all, it was subpar. Probably wouldn’t come again. 4.7 rating on Google is massive overrating

This is the best ramen I've ever had in LA, even better than what I've had in Japan and Taiwan. The broth is rich and flavorful, and everything the noodles, meat is perfectly cooked.Their takoyaki, fried chicken, and char siu rice are also must tries and incredibly delicious.The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the presentation of the food is impeccable. This is a 100% perfect restaurant that you have to try.
