I tried to contact... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this Rosati's location. I ordered a medium pizza, but when I got home, it was hard and tasted stale. I tried to contact the owner, and when Sunny finally called me back, he was rude and unprofessional. He told me I should have picked up the pizza earlier. He offered a $10 discount on my next visit, but since I was hoping for a replacement pizza, I declined. His response was simply, "Well, don’t come back to Rosati." I will never spend another dollar at this place. It’s frustrating that they don’t seem to value customer satisfaction. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Papa Saverio’s offers a much better and more affordable alternative.

I've been coming here since I was a kid back in Schaumburg, and the food never disappoints. The Canadian bacon can sometimes vary, but they always serve it in the thin slices, which is exactly how I like it!

I've never had issues like this at the Arizona location. The lasagna was excessively salty, making it nearly inedible, and the cannoli was frozen and hard. I thought the first time might have been a fluke due to a different cook, but it was the same problem this time. The cheese was simply too salty. I won't be ordering from here again.

The food was piping hot when we picked it up and was ready right on time, even for Christmas Eve. The fried chicken was especially tasty!
