The team did a great job, but there simply weren't enough people to manage the entire establishment. Red Robin should consider hiring more staff and offering better pay. It's just another typical aging chain restaurant.

The quality of the burgers used to be good but that was years ago, I took my wife to dinner this evening and this is what she picked and the food was terrible. My wife took a bite of her burger and that was all she had asked for medium rare, they burnt it to a crisp alongside the burger I ordered. The waitress didn’t offer to take the burger when my wife brought it to her attention nor did she let us speak to a mgr. none of that the waitress just said oh sorry and charged me for it anyway. Along with everything prices go up these days but that doesn’t mean the quality needs to suffer. next time I want a burger? I’ll go to the assembly in Dundee at least they can get the order correct!

He was on top of everything before we could ask, was always keeping an eye out without being lingering. One of the best servers, no, THE BEST server I’ve had in YEARS!! Such a refreshing experience to have such wonderful service, in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was actually very clean!! Thanks to Dave for making our dinner that much more enjoyable and making me a custom “NEAPOLITAN” shake!!!
