I st... read more Excellent service and fantastic food! The sandwiches were delicious. The man who took our order was very professional and, in my opinion, deserves a raise. I stopped in for two sandwiches to take out, and the process was quick, efficient, and the food tasted great.

When I saw the guy wrapping... read more Are they serious about their veggie sandwiches?! I wanted a light meal, but what I got was a bread roll filled with nothing but air. When I saw the guy wrapping my sandwich, I asked if he was finished because it looked empty. He said yes, and I was shocked. I asked if he could add more to it, and he just tossed on a few strands of lettuce. His coworker chimed in that that was all they had. I was incredibly disappointed, but I had already paid and my two grandkids were waiting for me, so I left. I will never return to this place.

It sh... read more I get places are busy, but it shouldn’t Take an hour and 20 minutes to get delivery. I called and they apologized. Also their tracking needs to be better. It showed for 45 minutes my order was complete. That just means driver has it. Love Jimmy John’s but this isn’t freaky fast.
