The burgers are massive, and they serve generous portions of fries. They also offer fantastic deals like 2 for $25 and 3 for $10! I visit frequently and have never been disappointed.

However, our dinner last week at Chili's in Algonquin was excellent. Our waiter, Jason, was outstanding! He truly made our experience enjoyable, and even my kids remarked on how fantastic he was.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the servings are ample. We definitely recommend it!

The Chipotle Chicken Mex... read more Our server provided excellent service, and we rewarded her with a tip. However, one family member found the food quality disappointing. The Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl didn’t taste right, and when we raised the issue with the server, she offered to remove it from the bill. Unfortunately, the manager refused. Additionally, the salad was not fresh, and a family member later fell ill. We’ve been dining at various Chili's locations for the past 20 years, and this was one of our worst experiences. It seems customer service is not a priority at this location—otherwise, the manager might have replaced the meal or offered a refund. I hope the corporate office addresses these quality concerns.

When I asked about placing a to-go order, the woman who picked up was very rude. She said they were backed up and not taking any orders at the moment, suggesting I call back in 30 minutes. When I asked if they truly weren’t accepting any orders at all, she just said no and hung up on me. Her behavior was highly unprofessional. I recommend visiting the Chili's in Crystal Lake instead.
