Recently, we visited this location and ordered breakfast throug... read more I’m a die hard Chick Fil A fan and have never had to complain about their service or their food. Recently, we visited this location and ordered breakfast through the drive through. We were on our way for an appointment so we didn’t have time to take their rock hard biscuit back to them. When I told them about it, nothing. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t offer to replace it. The girl that was working the morning of Saturday, January 27th with dark hair let Chick fil a’s legendary customer service fail. An apology would have gone a long way. We only mentioned it to be sure we didn’t get another ancient and stale biscuit. I’ll continue to be a chick fil a fan but thankfully not at this location.
