Love their fresh chicken, a piece of cheese and extra pickles is a must. On the sandwich, autumn /fall /spice or whatever it's called shake is a recommend as well, different.
I love this place I could have a peach shake and a chicken sandwich every day of my life. I wish it wasn't just a seasonal shake. I also love their breakfast chicken bisquit sandwich as well. They have a great app as well that you can earn points andget free food with their rewards program. So the more I eat there I get points that add up that can go towards food.
I usually love Chick-fil-A because of its consistency, which is rare among many chains nowadays. However, this particular location consistently lets me down. Every order has issues—missing items, incorrect items, no sauces for salads and chicken, and warm sodas that are basically room temperature. I really wish the management here were more attentive.
A big thank you to the morning staff today. I accidentally forgot my wallet, and the shift lead kindly comped my coffee. That’s what I call excellent customer service! I’ll definitely return—this time with my wallet! Thanks again for making my morning!
Sometimes, it's the simple things in life that matter most. The chicken here is always fresh and delicious. My autistic son asked if they offered refills, and I wasn’t sure, but I encouraged him to find out on his own to help build his independence. He stood in line and when it was his turn, a young man with curly hair kindly told him to remove the lid, offered him the refill, and took care of everything. It was a touching moment. Before leaving, I thanked the young man for being so polite and patient with my son, shared what the experience meant to us, and told him to never change.
