Ketchup container was out. Informed staff. They handed me ketchup packets instead of filling the container (store was almost empty of customers). I asked them to replenish the container but got dirty looks. Then they brought out a contain that didn't fit and the plunger was too long. Other customers thought this was strange as well. Not planning on coming back. View all feedback.
The beef and shorts sausage combo is my go to pick.
Love their food and the burgers and fries are outstanding

When mistakes are made, give people their money back! Offered a $5 credit that can only be used in store and within 30 days. I don’t live down the street.
