This was our first time having dinner at the Black Bear. It was a recommendation from a friend of ours. Food was very good. Service was attentive and the servers recommendations were spot on! Trout and Duck were awesome. Very small and intimate. Chef knows his stuff. Too top off dinner we had two desserts. The flowerbeds chocolate cake may have been the best we have ever had! I will never set foot in this place again! We had a reservation for 5pm, clearly stated on our confirmation. However, the owner insisted that our reservation was for 4pm and refused to acknowledge the evidence on our phone. She then escorted us to a cramped and unpleasant back room that reeked of cigarettes and had no windows. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and awkward. Additionally, walking through the kitchen was...
