The woman working on July 23rd at 5 PM provided outstanding customer service. Despite being alone on a busy day, she took the time to chat with me and assist me with the bathroom. She even managed to suggest two slushies, which I ended up getting. She definitely deserves a raise!
I never received a receipt at the pump! There were two employees just hanging out inside, so why weren't they refilling the receipt rolls in the pumps? It feels like a scam to lure customers inside to make additional purchases. People who pay at the pump and need a receipt usually prefer not to go inside! I would recommend avoiding this place!
On August 14, 2022, around 8 PM, the man at the cash register was incredibly friendly. Key greeted everyone warmly and reminded me to enter my phone number for the rewards program, which I had completely forgotten about. He is such a friendly person and would be a valuable asset to any company! I really hope Key achieves great success in the future!
