Dining here gives the impression that time stands still. I can't shake the feeling that all their burgers might be made from horse meat.
This restaurant seriously needs to re-evaluate how it operates. The food is frequently served cold, or at best, lukewarm, and I've come across a few staff members who can be quite rude. I've also noticed employees using their phones while dealing with customers, which shows a lack of attention to the orders. Moreover, there seems to be excessive socializing among the staff, and some don’t even wear their masks properly. Overall, the prices are far too high given the quality of service provided. It would be wonderful to see employees who are truly dedicated to their work!
The restaurant is exceptionally well-organized, allowing for quick meal preparation, even during the pandemic. The food is truly outstanding! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
The atmosphere is truly remarkable. As an alumnus of Alfred, I stopped by for some architecture presentations and wanted to see the place for myself after hearing about the recent renovations. I used to live in Mac South and work at Exit West. The beautiful wooden interior and the distinctive staircase are simply stunning. I can't help but feel envious of the lucky students! Make the most of that space—it's fantastic!
