The restaurant offers a nice variety of options at affordable prices. There are also many indoor games available, such as cornhole and pool, as well as shuffleboard. It tends to be crowded with older alumni during the summer, but quieter during the school year. View all feedback.
What Dom C doesn't like about Gentleman Jim's:
I wish the elderly man in the booth would play a different selection of songs instead of the same 12 every weekend. It's becoming really dull. It would be a perfect score if he just shuffled some 2000s songs every now and then. Update: They are now checking IDs for the 18 and up line, so be prepared. View all feedback.
Literally the worst music in any bar/club Ive ever been to. The old man that djs every single night has no business doing so. I swear he has only ever heard 20 songs in his life and has decided thats all there is. But its not all bad, every month or so he takes a list of the top ten hits, blindfolds himself and throws a dart to pick a new song to play non stop.
I can't say it's great, but they do specialize in two things: Burgers and Beer. And lemme tell ya, their burgers are fantastic. So far, best burger in Alfred.
Awful service the India girls sucks she was super rude and out of line, they cut up my REAL ID that was mine when I had other verification that it was me, they water down there drinks and put 99% soda and ice in there drinks. Would not recomend
A close friend was asulted by a bouncer during a misunderstanding. Had an awful experience and will not be coming back to this location.
Fun atmosphere and great place to go dancing. Drinks are a little pricey compared to other local bars.
