The waiter seemed distracted while chatting with other staff members. When we mentioned that the starter didn't taste good, he simply said it happens sometimes and didn’t offer to replace it. I ordered the steak, which was very good, but I requested that the garlic butter sauce be served on the side, and it arrived completely drenched in oily butter, ruining the mashed potatoes.
