Who does that?! Didn?t gether name but she was fat and ugly , I got the vibe of her being a mngr, maybe? But I surely won?t ever return there again.Wendy?s needs to retrain her or get rid of her. I?ve never done this before but this monster needs a bad review.

One was placing an order, while two others were at the register trying to sort out an issue with their order. A manager finally showed up at 11:50 AM and explained that they couldn’t combo the order due to its large quantity. Meanwhile, the soda machine was constantly releasing CO2, indicating it urgently needed a bib replacement. I noticed that the employees prioritized the drive-thru orders over those in the store, leading to a lot of confusion around two specific orders at 11:52 AM. I wasn't acknowledged until 11:54 AM when I could finally place my order. The staff really needs better training; this seems to be a widespread problem in New Mexico, where many employees seem undertrained. I finally received my order at 11:55 AM.

The drive-thru is painful... read more I usually love Wendy's, but this location is really disappointing. The dining room remains closed long after Covid restrictions ended. The drive-thru is painfully slow, the staff are rude, and the food often arrives cold. I've experienced this multiple times and I'm done. I would avoid this location.
