I know it was lunch but it was a tremendously long wait. Plus my food didn't seem very fresh when I got it for as long as I waited. They also forgot some of my sauces. It sucks at the strawberry Frosty is no longer there that's the main reason I went.But I dealt with the chocolate. Usually have a really good experience coming here but not this time. Staff was unattentive( theydidn't listen when I asked for my sauces) they seemed like they were a little bit rushed (just trying to get people out of theirline) I understand during lunch time it is busy but customer service should come first. I will continue to go to this locationbecause it is near where I work a lot of the time. Usually they get a four or five stars from me but not this time. It will makeme think twice about choosing this location or going somewhere else. There are a ton of options up in this area.
Drive through wait is far too long. Inside, the ice machine has been broken for months. I see one worker regularly and he is working his butt off. Ultimately, it is the fault of the owner of this franchise location. This person has turned a mainstreamrestaurant into a neighborhood dive. Shameful. A word to Wendy's corporate, the new fries are a travesty. What in the world wereyou thinking? This is about as bad as when Coca Cola introduced New Coke. The original was golden. Ain't broke, don't fix,people. I'm done with Wendy's. It used to be a treat. Now, third rate.
Waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes. When I got my order, I checked it because the 3 out of 4 times that I went to a Wendy's, my order was wrong! If they repeated the order back, like they used to do, that could probably have been avoided.Anyway, my burger felt light. So, before leaving the parking lot I opened the wrapper to see what I had. The burger was missingthe fried onion strings that are a main ingredient on the pretzel bun Bacon pub burgers. I took the burger inside the restaurantand spoke to the manager. I showed him the burger and explained that the ingredient was missing. No apologies, just asked if Iwanted fried pickles on the burger. It seems that they were out of the expected ingredient. No one bothered to inform me when Iordered that the ingredient was missing, it seems that it is okay to charge full price for a burger and knowingly short theorder rather than give the customer what they paid for and expected. Customer satisfaction is no longer of any importance toWendy's! Like I said previously, This is 3 out of the last 4 times that I visited Wendy's and my order was screwed up! This mustbe Wendy's new customer culture. I'll just go elsewhere for my next over priced meal!
$4+ for a small cup filled with one ounce of chocolate-flavored foam they call a frosty, handed to you by a rude, mumbling girl at the window. If you can't freeze your ice cream, don't serve it.
