only in new mexico, green chili bacon pancakes! soou super. the pancakes were brilliant, the speck was brilliant and the green chili, you guessed it awesome! what a perfect combination of salty and sweet, savory and spicy. That's crazy! we are a party of 6. we waited for a table almost 1 hour! we have seen 7 parties of 3 a party of 5 and a party of 10 before us sitting! so much wait for 15 minutes! added 1/20, waited another hour to get our food. our ticket has been taken care of what was a very nice gesture! the best part was the server!
