I am giving it a 4 star because I am a cheapskate, although sandwich, excellent salad, and a Dasani only came to 16.90, but that is a fair bit for lunch. I had a roast beef sandwich. Am tempted to return for dinner, they were carving an cherry wood smoked beef brisket for the dinner when I left, drooling a bit on my shirt. The food wood need downgrading to hit excellent, the folks are friendly behind the counter, and since I had the salad instead of frys, no food coma later! Burp, rocketmannm

I don't have enough good things to say about this place! I read about it in Edible NM magazine and then stumbled upon it in the following days. Love that the concept of the one eyed cat was inspired by the owner's own kitty, Lydia! My partner and I ordered the Landry Killed A Man and the Banh Mi with chicken plus a Greek salad. I had originally wanted the Classic Mitch Hedberg but they were out of bacon. I'm glad I went with the bahn mi though because it was the best one I've ever had! Everything was so fresh and just perfectly done. The salad was generous and crisp too. There is cool local art on the walls to peruse while you're waiting for your order. Staff were super friendly and we had a nice chat with them about Seattle, where we're from. If I lived here I would come time and time again!
