I visited for the first time about a month ago, and the staff member took the time to explain the menu and was very patient with us. The food is fantastic—I highly recommend the shrimp spring rolls with lime sriracha sauce! I went back a few days ago and will definitely be making this place a regular part of my weekly dining routine.

Great food and the owner (Brian) was extremely personable. He definitely takes his business serious.Give them a try. The Pho portions looked huge, I will be back for that haha.

I have to say the food... read more I eat at the riverside location regularly, so I thought I would try the location by cottonwood mall expecting the quality to be the same. I have to say the food was awful, I got an order of spring rolls and a Bahn mi. The bread for the Bahn mi was very hard and obviously old, not to mention the ingredients were poorly placed in there as though they had literally thrown the ingredients in there. As for the springs rolls they were loose and only had rice noodles, carrots and the Protein. Honestly such a bad experience I can’t say that I’ll be going back to any of there locations after this. Please give the cottonwood location the training and attention it needs. They will likely ruin the reputation you’ve built with the riverside location.
